Unclaimed and unused cards
If a card hasn't been claimed or used, you can cancel it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
After claim
Once a recipient has claimed a card it can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. We review exceptions case by case.
If a business closes
We refund the unused balance or offer a Dowoly Card of the same value.
Wrong number or email
Before the card is claimed you can correct the recipient's details and resend from your account.
